AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu always boast that he is spending sleepless nights to present new world class capital at Amaravati to people of the state. He also says that he left his family, not even spending time with his grand son Devansh and dedicated himself for the development of the state.
However hard reality is something else as the secret behind Chandra Babu's sleepless nights got exposed. It is comingout that the power struggle in the high rank leadership reached its peak and AP Bhawan in Delhi witnessed it much to the shock of everyone.
Sujana Chowdary, Union Minister instructed officials to evacuate the chamber located in AP Bhawan exclusively for the official representative of the state government at New Delhi. The same was now allotted to o senior bureaucrat Rajat Bhargava, who was repatriated from the Ministry of Water Resources and Ganga Rejuvenation to the state cadre on September 2 last year.

Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved repatriation of Mr Bhargava, a 1990 batch IAS officer, to his parent cadre with immediate effect on September 2, an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training has stated, without giving any reason. Later, he was appointed as special commissioner to the GoAP at AP Bhawan in New Delhi.
However as it becacme difficult to show a posting to Mr Rajat Bhargava immediately after his repatriation,,AP government fulfilled the wish of Sujana Chowdary who informed Chandra Babu Naidu that he doesn't want to power centers in Delhi. Chandra Babu decided not to extend the tenure of Rammohan Rao.
