Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad shocked all by assaulting AI staff and then boasting that he assaulted him with his sandals for 25 times. He didnot tender an apology and instead boasted that he assaulted him for the insults and added he would do it again and again.
He then thundered that he is not a BJP MLA who goes crying and complain about the insults to Lok Sabha speaker. This resulted in huge controversy with everyone demanding strict action against the MP.
Many airlines blacklisted the MP but what surprised is till now no concrete action is taken against him except for the filing of an FIR. In the meantime Ravindra Gaikwad chilledout watching a movie and in between even dared Delhi police to arrest him.
In the midst of all this his wife Usha Gaikwad speaking to scribes supported her husband. She said her husband attacked the staff for insluting PM Modi. She said "My husband wanted to do was register a complaint against Air India's poor service. But, instead of taking down his complaint, they kept on arguing. Finally, when they used the name of our Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) disrespectfully, he lost his cool and hit the staffer."
Earlier she added "I had never imagined my husband would be hitting somebody like he did in Delhi. For the first time, his violent side has been seen and that was mostly because of the rude behavior by the airline staffers," She went on saying "Never in my life had I seen anger get the better of him. I called up him up after the incident around midnight and he said the Air India staffers were rude to him even when they knew that he was an MP,"
