The comet can be best described as "Indian comet".

Ramadan, the fasting month of Muslim calendar, is about two months away but endocrinologists and general physicians are now busy enrolling with the Clinical Trials Registry-India (CTRI) seeking permission to conduct research on fasting and diabetics.
7.  Delay in shifting utilities may derail white-topping of roads :  The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has proposed to take up white topping of 22 roads before the onset of the monsoon, but the move may get derailed as shifting of utilities, including water lines, may get delayed.
8.  Thumbs down to Rs 400 crore road project: Centre tells Telangana to float fresh tenders :  In a jolt to the Roads and Buildings officials in Telangana, the Union road transport ministry has rejected the tender bids for `400 crore project to widen the Nakrekal-Tanamcherla road.
9.  SCB takes cue from GHMC, cracks whip on flexis after KTR's order :  The Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) has decided to crack the whip against illegal flexis and banners displayed by politicians in the Cantonment area.

Andhra Pradesh
1.  A.P.-origin cop has second thoughts on cadre transfer :  Twenty-four hours after Andhra Pradesh Transport Commissioner and senior IPS officer N.Balasubramanyam was publicly humiliated by the TDP MP Kesineni Nani and two other TDP legislators in full public view on the streets of Vijayawada, a WhatsApp message posted by an Andhra Pradesh origin police officer working in Telangana is sending shock waves.
2.  TD leaders’ apology to official ends row :  An apology by Vijayawada MP Kesineni Srinivas (Nani), Vijayawada Central MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao and MLC Budha Venkanna to Transport Commissioner N. Balasubramanyam, who was at the receiving end of their ire on Saturday, brought down the curtains on the ugly episode.
3.  What triggered the wrangle :  Even as the ugly row between Vijayawada MP Kesineni Srinivas (Nani) and the Transport Department officials ended, a debate is raging on what exactly led to the conflict.
4.  APFCCI thanks Ashok for new flights :  The AP Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (APFCCI) has welcomed the decision of Air India to introduce new flights from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada, Tirupati, Bhubaneswar, and Raipur, and thanked Civil Aviation Minister P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju for his initiative. 
5.  ZP general body meeting deferred :  Owing to lack of quorum, the Vizianagaram Zilla Praja Parishad general body meeting on Sunday has been deferred to April 7, said ZP Chairperson Sobha Swati Rani. Attendance of at least one-third of the members was mandatory, she added. ZP CEO G. Raja Kumari and other officials were present.
6.  Congress protest over drought at Madakasira on March 29 :  APCC president N. Raghuveera Reddy on Sunday said that he would be staging a silent protest at Madakasira in Anantapur district on March 29 in protest against the government’s indifference to the plight of drought- hit farmers. In a press release, he said that the Chief Minister was unmoved by the devastating impact of successive droughts.
7.  State misses out on marine police training institute :  The  Marine Police Training Institute that was proposed to come up at Machilipatnam in Krishna district has been moved out permanently to Gujarat. This was disclosed by Union Minister of State of Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju in the Lok Sabha on March 21.
8.  SI lands in ACB trap :  The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials on Sunday caught Two Town Police Station SI M. Arjuna Rao while accepting a bribe of Rs. 10,000 from one A. Mastan. Following a complaint lodged by Mr. Mastan, the ACB officials laid the trap and caught the SI red-handed at the police station.
9.  A homecoming for Ethiopian Minister :  For  Negeri Lencho, Minister of Communication Affairs, Ethiopia, coming back to the Andhra University campus is like a homecoming.
10.  Huge quantity of ganja seized :  Based on specific intelligence inputs, officers of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Vizag, intercepted a tipper (lorry) on the highway near Sheelanagar area here on Saturday and seized about 1,161 kg of dry ganja, which was deftly concealed under gravel material.
