Class 10th science question paper leak triggered a war of words in AP assembly between the ruling TDP and opposition YSRCP. Speaker rejected YSRCP's demand for the adjournment motion to discuss the issue in the assembly.
YSRP members protested raising slogans against Minister Dr.P Narayana. Narayana however denied that the papers were leaked. YSRCP produced proofs of the director of school education confirming the leak of the physics on March 25 and demanded the resignation of the Minister Narayana and Ganta Srinivasa Rao.
YSRCP firebrand leader Roja attacked Education Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao and Municipal Minister Narayana and accused that the Narayana Educational Institutions is notorious and tops in paper leakages and suicides.
She said the paper was leaked to 4000 Narayana schools. YSRCP said that there was a proof that a water boy named Praveen Kumar of Narayana School in Nellore had leaked the paper over WhatsApp.
The DEO had lodged a police complaint, the MLAs said. Kumar had taken a snapshot of the question paper in Room 7 of Narayana School. The government had suspended an invigilator. AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu too said there was no paper leak but only malpractice.
