After AP cabinet expansion many leaders of the Telugu Desam Party were on a boil expressing their pain and anguish for not having been induced into the cabinet. Senior Minister Bojjala Gopala Krishna who had been sacked from the cabinet tendered his resignation as MLA and sent his resignation letter to the Speaker Mr. Kodela Siva Prasad Rao.

 

Another party member and a former Minister  from Kadapa district Mr. P. Ramasubba Reddy is not satisfied with the Chief Minister’s actions for having induced his rivalry Mr. Adinarayana Reddy into the cabinet. He raised his voice and went to a extend of leaving TDP before  Chandra Babu who was clever enough had offered him with MLC in Governor quota.


The TDP senior Mla’s from northern Andhra region and Union Minister Ashok Gajapathy Raju ahd come together to oppose the Bobbili MLA Sujay Krishna Ranga Rao who was given the cabinet birth. They were not satisfied with the Chief Ministers action as Sujay Krishna Rangarao jumped from YCP to TDP. Another TDP MLA Bonda Uma expressed his pain publicly and accused that justice was not done to him or his community. He is in a plan to tender his resignation says reports. Mr. Uma said that he was not given importance after he working for the party .Gouthu Sivaji a 7time MLA from northern Andhra, had also expected a cabinet berth but only to go in vain. He was disappointed after finding the fact that his name was not even considerd in the list that was prepared.


The  YCP President Mr. Jagan Reddy took on the AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu. He accused Chandra babu of violating the constitution. He admitted that today was a black day for democracy. Without tendering the resignation of the YCP elected candidates, how can a Chief Minister take them into the cabinet, questioned Mr. Jagan.

Political analysts say that minorities and tribal community leaders were put behind and were not given enough weightage in the new cabinet.
