It is common for the US to tighten its laws but this is the first time Singapore has taken this aggressive move.HCl and Cognizant have already taken aggressive steps and Wipro and Infosys are about to join the queue.Singapore Government has tightened its laws from early 2016 itself and this has been passed to all the Companies there who recruit Indians.
