AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu expanded his cabinet with much fanfare. However the much talked and much publicised cabinet expansion didnot give him any happiness. Instead it is giving him sleepless nights as YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy flew to Delhi and complained against him for inducting the defected MLAs into his cabinet after meeting President Pranab Mukherjee.
Even before that Chandra Babu got a huge shock when many senior leaders vented their anger against him in public for not including them in the cabinet. Even as he is trying to deal with these two issue, TDP leaders gave huge shock to the new ministers.
Kalva Srinivasulu and Anand Babu took charge of their ministries. However all dissident MLAs stayed away from the ceremony except for Paritala Suneetha and Palle Raghunatha Reddy.
Payavula Keshav,JC.Prabhakar Reddy,BK.Parthasarathy,Yaminibala, Prabhakar Chowdhary,Varadapuram Suri abstained from the ceremony. It is known that Payyavula Ksehav and Parthasarathy tried a lot for the minister posts till the last moment.
Nakka Anand Babu went to examine the location for the construction of Ambedkar statue in Ainavolu,Guntur. However local MLA Shravan Kumar's supporters stopped him from entering the area. Shravan expressed anger and questioned how could he come without his invitation.
