He is none other than former Bihar CM,RJD chief Laloo Prasad Yadav. It is known that Laloo Prasad Yadav longtime back spent time in jail for his involvement in crores worth of fodder scam.
Now his two sons are facing allegations over their involvement in soil scam. Even as public outcry is increasing against the alleged involvement of Lalu Prasad's sons Tej Pratap, Tekjaswi yadav and also his wife Rabri Devi in 500crs soil scam, Laloo shocked all by justifying the scam.
Speaking to scribes he questioned whether his sons should die in poverty and they don't have right to do any business?. Earlier BJP leader Sushil Modi said Tej Pratap got the the Patna zoo to source soil for earth-filling work from the under-construction site for a mall that is linked to the Environment and Forest Minister and his siblings.
He said "There was complete nexus and at the behest of Tej Pratap Yadav, this soil was purchased," Lalu denying the charges said "There must be some record about money being transferred in the name of my family members. I am ready to face any probe to prove my family's innocence into the matter,"
