Right after the saffron tsunami in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, opposition parties starting from BSP's Mayawati to Congress' Rahul Gandhi, all alleged that BJP tampered EVMs to help BJP win the elections.
When asked how then could Congress win the Punjab elections or how AAP won Delhi elections, parties didnot have any answer. They diverted the topic and now more than 13 parties met President Pranab Mukherjee to complain against the Election Commission and ensure that EVMs be replaced by ballot papers.
AAP's Kejriwal accused Election Commission of tampering EVMs and said Dhritarashtra EC wants Duryodhana BJP in the elections in Delhi too. Amidst the political accusations, according to the latest it is comingout that Election Commission challenged the parties to come and tamper the Electronic Voting Machines.
According to sources,team of technical experts after deliberating the levals to be permitted decided to challenge the parties. This came after Aravind Kejriwal said if EC allow him to prove tampering charges,he will do with his team of experts. Now the question is will opposition parties tamper EVMs. Arvind Kejriwal is known for shoot and run politics and it has to be seen whether he will take the challenge.
