Leader of the opposition, YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy is leaving no stone unturned to come to power in the 2019 elections. He is organising various protests highlighting the failure of AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu, ruling TDP government in Andhra Pradesh.

He is trying his best to convince people that once he becomes CM of the state winning the 2019 elections, he will reverse many decisions of the current government. Jagan is taking everyone by surprise by behaving as if he is the CM of the state threatening government officials of dire consequences if they don't behave properly with him.

In the meantime many are wondering whether dark days are ahead for Jagan. It is known that CBI filed a petition in March, in CBI special court for the cancellation of bail in disproportionate assets case. CBI special court deferred its judgment to April 28 on the issue.

In the meantime Jagan requested CBI court to allow him to fly to New Zealand for 15 days. CBI however opposed Jagan's request saying  that he cannot leave the country when his bail cancellation plea is in the court.

CBI contended that Jagan was influencing witnesses violating the bail conditions set by the court and cited how his news channel Sakshi  had telecast and published on that date an interview with former AP chief secretary P. Ramakanth Reddy in which the ex-bureaucrat “spoke against prosecution.”

In the petition CBI said that he spoke about a key person in the Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy government and expressed doubts about the fate of Mr Reddy’s disproportionate assets case without the key person in the case.
