Many are wondering whether MIM chief Owaisi is scared of Delhi CM, AAP chief Kejriwal. It is known that Owaisi brothers are known for their strength in Old City, Hyderabad. Owaisi is trying to strengthen the party across the country.
His party contested Bihar, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh elections and now is all set to test waters in Delhi. But Owaisi latest decision to field only 9 cacndidates out of over 270 corporations in Delhi polls left all shocked.
People started wondering whether Owaisi is scared of Arvind Kejriwal. Owaisi addressed only two public meetings along with his party legislators Ahmed Pasha Quadri and Jafar Hussain Meraj.
Reasoning their decision, Owaisi says MIM is still in the process of strengthening the party in Delhi and so they decided to field only 9 candidates. In Mumbai civic polls MIM contested over 50 wards and won Cheeta Camp and Bharat Nagar.
