Leader of the opposition,The leader chief Jagan MOhan Reddy got huge relief when Hyderabad Court delighted him by rejecting the CBI's appeal. It is known that CBI which is investigating the disproportionate asses case earlier filed petition seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Jagan Mohan Reddy.
CBI argued that Jagan was misusing his bail and was influencing the witness and tampering the evidence. Court asked Jagan to file a counter by April 7.

After going through the counter in which Jagan said he is not running the management of the Sakshi media, court rejected the CBI plea.
Cout adjourned the hearing on Jagan's disprortionate assets case to May 9. With this Jagan heaved a sigh of relief as analysts expected any adverse ruling would affect the fortunes of his party in the runup to the 2019 elections.
