The ACC and Ambuja cement are to merged now.It was news for a past few months and now it has been officially announced.In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Rakesh Arora, Managing Partner at Go India Advisors said that ACC-Ambuja Cements merge is definitely a positive side for its shareholders.
He expects some rerating in ACC and Ambuja in the next span of few years.ACC and Ambuja will bridge some part of the valuation gap with UltraTech Cement, said Arora.
He said that cross-branding and brand unification for ACC-Ambuja merger will not happen all of a sudden and it will take time.
According to Rakesh Arora, he expects full synergies to take two-three years to come through.This merge os ACC and Ambuja cement will be beneficial for its shareholders in the near future.and this merge will definitely impact in its price of the share.
