As per latest report it was stated that currently employees from IT department, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Banks are thrown out from their job on a daily basis. The main reason behind this scenario is because of automation.
Cognizant company had recently announced that they are taking out around 6000 employees from their organization. The company had made an announcement that senior employees of around 1000 employees who are retiring voluntarily will be given nine months salary and few have made a complaint to their senior officials that they are been forced to go out.
India's second biggest software company is Infosys, which had decided to throw 1000 employees in condition because of their poor working performances. Even Wipro Company had thrown 600 employees before the beginning of this year.
Meanwhile Tata Teleservices have thrown out around 500 to 600 employees from their esteemed organization. At the same time Aircel, Snapdeal, Craftsvilla, Reliance Communication, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever limited and Renault Nissan have thrown out certain percentage of employees from their job.
