Now that  the Congress  Core committee   deferred the  decision on Telagnana to  CWC  the question is  why Telangana statehood has to do a full turn around  to the process launched in 2002  .  All because the Core committee felt   there was divergent opinion not only in committee but also in AP congress leadership and hence  has passed the buck back to  CWC  to review its  decision made  in 2002 for Telagnana .

That means Telangana  file has taken a full circle since  last one decade  in spite of  agitations, demons,  suicides and academic and industrial losses to its students, poor labor and industries .Digvijay Singh says  the CWC   could meet  by end i of month on  25th of July, its first session after almost  an year  and reconstitution last month . In one such lsst meetings  CWC member  G Venkatswamy had raised Telangana issue  and was silenced by Sonia Gandhi itself.

CWC member and  long time  INTUC leader  Sanjeev Reddy  says   it was because there was a deadlock  in core committee on  Telagnana and the Samakyanahdra  . 'Particularly  they could not decide  when the CM vehemently opposed  Telangana ", he said  adding that he was not for bifurcation but for a special package for Telangana .
