Laxmi Orang filed the complaint in the court of sub- divisional judicial magistrate court against Yogi the chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for sharing her bare photograph on the social media.She told it was shared by the Cheif Minister without blurring.That photograph was taken during a stir where she was fighting for rights of the tribal castes.
She told she was not representing any party in the stir.The case was filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.She alleged that Yogi has shared this nude picture in his social media page on June 13.Laxmi Orang told media "Yogi Adityanath, without knowing any fact, also had commented in the social media that the rally was on behalf of the BJP ".To this statement she made it clear that she did not represent any party.
When asked about it to Sharma he accepted it telling that he shared to make people know that the girl is made the victim.While Modi takes special attempts to improve the status of women in India these actions by the same party members dent the party image.
