Retired Judged is now locked behind bars in the Kolkotta jail.He was locked for alleging all judges of the high court as corrupted judges.A defamation case was filed by the judges for this accusation.Since because of zero cooperation a panel of seven judges ordered him to be jailed on may 9th to the Kolkatta police.His appeal to cancel his arrest was not considered.
Then the Retired judge Karnan absconded.The police were probing intensely in this issue.He was found hiding in Coimbatore.The police officials hurried to the spot and arrested him.His appeals regarding his release of arrest was rejected.Then the panel of judges ordered him to be locked in Kolkatta jail.And the judge Karnan was arrested and locked in the Presidency Jail in Kolkatta for a term of six months..
He was evading his arrest for six weeks.Three police teams were especially allocated from Kolkata and they camped in Coimbatore and traced Karnan with his mobile phone calls.Tamil Nadu Police provided a very good technical support to trace his details, a senior local police officer had said.
