Sources from Amsterdam have reported that Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday had given an invitation to Dutch companies to invest in India, which he said as the "land of opportunities". Meanwhile when focusing on trade, technology and investment, Mr. Modi had talks with CEOs of major Dutch companies after holding bilateral talks with his Dutch counterpart Mark Rutte.



It was stated that the two countries had signed three Memorandum of Understandings in the fields of social security, water cooperation and cultural cooperation and during his interaction with top Dutch CEOs and Mr. Modi said the reforms introduced by his government seek to enhance ease of doing business and bring standards at par with global standards.

India is a land of rich heritage, culture, man power and natural resources and then why Modi is begging foreign companies to invest in India. It was added that water and irrigation are the two important sources the two countries can increase cooperation. India hopes for safer and better place to live in and the country’s PM should intervene in people’s problem and to arrive at a solution rather moving from country to country.
