Sources from Telangana have stated that Sindhuja Reddy, a woman cricketer hailing from Telangana, has earned a place in the America's women's cricket team. It was stated that as per a release from the Telangana government's information department has officially confirmed that Sindhuja had been selected as a wicket-keeper and batsman for the National team of US women's cricket.
Sources have reported that Sindhuja has earlier played in the Ranji Trophy for
Hyderabad's women's team. She has recently become an official US citizen after
marrying US-settled Siddha Reddy and moving there.
Moreover it was added that she will represent the US team in the qualifying match of the women's World Cup, scheduled to be played in Scotland and the American cricket team has recently earned recognition from the sport's governing body International Cricket Council (ICC). Telangana girls are excelling in various sports field and are creating fame and popularity for the state. She feels extremely proud in earning good popularity all over the world.
