From the past few days, there are reports that King Nagarjuna and his wife, Amala are mulling to dive into politics and may join YSR Congress, the Principal Opposition Party in Andhra Pradesh. Amala clarified about that in a statement.
"Please do not believe in the rumours of social media. Nagarjuna has no intention to join politics. He is not interested in any political party. If at all there is any idea, we will be the first to arrange a Press Conference and reveal it. There is no intention of keeping it a secret," the statement read.
Nagarjuna who owns several businesses besides acting is always known to maintain good relations with the leaders of all the political parties. He previously did some ad films for Congress when YS Rajasekhara Reddy was the Chief Minister.
