According to sources, it was stated that High Court has just a while ago announced its verdict on the petition filed by actress Charmme challenging the legality of the means of SIT's investigation in the drugs case. Recently Charmme's lawyer spoke to media and revealed that the High Court has directed the SIT to make sure to have women in the team that questions Charmme.
Meanwhile, when responding to the concern of the actress on the SIT interrogation going until late night, the High Court has instructed the SIT to schedule the questioning of Charmme between 10 in the morning to 5 PM only. 'If the sleuths need more time, they can continue the interrogation on the following day'.
The advocate also divulged that the SIT has been ordered by the Court not to take Charmme's blood samples without her consent. Moreover, it was stated that the only setback for Charmme was the rejection of advocate facility during interrogation. In her petition, Charmme requested the Court to allow her advocate to be by her side during questioning but the High Court ruled out this request. So, she will have to face the interrogation all alone.
