The Indu Sarkar film is said to be screened tomorrow.The Supreme court has ruled out Priya Singh Paul’s petition telling that it is a matter of artistic freedom.Priya Singh Paul is the new mushroomed daughter of Sanjay Gandhi.Though that was not her focus she now came into light just to say that her grandmother Indira Gandhi and her father Sanjay Gandhi are portrayed in a negative way in the movie.
But the court has neglected her plea telling exaggeration is a part of the movie and it comes under artistic freedom.So Indu Sarkar is all set ready to be screen now.The film is expected to kindle much more political dust after it gets into the limelight.
The director of the movie Madhu Bandarkar said it as a great relief and is happy that the court said that no one has the right to curb artistic freedom.The director has to cancel the promotional activities for the movie because of this legal issue.
