The Central government headed by our honorable Narendra Modi is said to have taken seriously regarding the alleged irregularities that is going related with the multi-purpose Polavaram project on the banks of Godavari river.What made the Central focus in this is because of the unusual escalation in the project expenses over the last three years.Regarding the overhead cost, a Parliamentary Standing Committee has planned to inspect Polavaram project on August 18.Thew inspection is mainly to study its progress and submit a report to the Centre.
The standing committee is sure to take an accurate look of all the documents and the progress of work done till date.And to find the loop hole why there was so much cost escalation and to check if its possible to complete the project well within the deadline.
The Centre has already things clear from its side from the of December 23, 2016, before releasing Rs 1,981 crore for Polavaram project and the completion date as per planning is on March 31, 2018.The opposition parties are taking fuel out of it telling it will tear the true colour of Naidu .
