Sources have reported that as per his statement that he would quit politics if Telangana state formed, Lagadapati has been staying away from active politics ever since the bifurcation of the Telugu states. However, he comes to the fore with his Surveys whenever a key happening is in progression in AP politics. It must be admitted that AP people have faith in his Surveys, which haven't yet proven wrong.
Meanwhile ahead of the recently conducted by-poll in Nandyal, Lagadapati had
released his Survey report to the media. His report declared that TDP would
hand a decisive thrashing to YCP, and the poll result came exactly as his
survey had said.
As per latest news in political circles Jagan's batch got alerted in the wake of Lagadapati's Survey report. Those who had earlier believed Jagan's words that YCP would win the elections and placed their money accordingly in the bettings, changed their winning horses following the Survey. Furthermore as much as Rs 50 Cr money belonging to the supporters of YCP was saved by Lagadapati's survey in this manner.
