Sources have stated that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu assigned director SS Rajamouli with the task of helping the CRDA officials with capital city designs, now Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked him to promote his newly lunched mission. Earlier on Friday, Rajamouli received a letter from Modi asking for his support to the "Swachhata Hi Seva" mission, an initiative intended to promote cleanliness in the country that is being launched to commemorate Gandhi Jayanti.
Modi mentioned in the letter to Rajamouli "Being a leading and prominent personality from the Entertainment Industry, you motivate many across the country. Swachhata being an important aspect for the growth of society needs stimulus from people of your stature. He personally was invited to lend your support to the 'Swachhata Hi Seva' movement and dedicate some time for the cause of a Swachh Bharat. Your participation will further inspire others to be a part of the movement".
Meanwhile after sharing the letter on Twitter,
Rajamouli appreciated the PM for this great initiative and pledged to do his best. Moreover
with great power comes great responsibility' proving this iconic statement
true, the responsibilities on Rajamouli's shoulders grew after he had become a
national celebrity.
