Bengaluru Rains continue to create havoc as the entire city is flooded down. Two days back we reported that an Auto driver being washed away in a stream off Kanakapura main road. His body was recovered today morning.
The Auto driver name is found to be Santosh and he hails from Vaderahalli village which is under the Kaggalipura police station limit. Even though his body was recovered, the rescue department still couldn't find his Autorickshaw. A source says that Santosh spent the night with his friend Vijay and two other women and he was washed away when he dropped the rest of them.
An official at the rescue department said, "Due to the heavy rains, the water was flowing like a river on the Kanakapura Road. But, Santosh continued driving and he got washed away in the rainwater."
