Mir Nasir Ali Khan, owner of Park hotel and Banyan tree resorts in Hyderabad, has been accused of death threats to his uncle Junaid Adil. Junaid, who lives in US, addressed the media where he revealed that his nephews, Nasir and his brother Husain Ali Khan, director of FSL projects, had forged his signature and sold his properties.
Forging all the way, they had given Junaid only 3.35 crores, in return for his properties which were worth a lot of crores. He added that way back in 1994 itself the duo had cheated him in the construction and selling of Lakeshore towers in Raj Bhavan, without giving his 40 percent they initially promised him.
After this, in 2002, they again wanted Junaid to sell his second property, for a hotel project, and though they took a cheque in Junaid's name for payment, it never reached him. Finally, in 2016, Nasir promised to pay 12 crores to Junaid, but never really paid him, and made him shuttle between US and India umpteen times. Now, an FIR has been filed against Nasir and Husain. However, the duo isn't responding to messages or calls.
