Sources have reported that pundit, scholar, linguist Garikapati Narasimha Rao has reasoned why he avoided attending Prapancha Telugu Mahasabha (World Telugu Conference) held in Hyderabad. Garikapati said he has changed his plan in the last minute after reading reports that Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu was not invited for the event.
Meanwhile Garikapati stated that he was hurt with his state CM and leader not being invited to such a prominent event and said he voluntarily dropped his plan to attend the event. Further drawing analogy to a wedding where family members won't attend the do without inviting a family head, Garikapati said he felt disappointed for Telangana Government not inviting his state's head Chandrababu.
Moreover he recalled how both the states are moving ahead keeping their
differences aside and expressed shock why Naidu was not invited when everything
between both the Telugu States (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) are going
well.
