The ruling Congress party received a fresh jolt with the party MLA from Dharmavaram assembly constituency Kethireddy Venkatarami Reddy switching his loyalty to YSR Congress party. This was much on the expected lines after Congress party’s unilateral decisions on Telangana!
Reddy joined the YSR party in the presence of party honorary President YS Vijayamma at her residence. Reddy was a first-time MLA elected from the constituency in Anantapur district. Kethireddy reportedly said that Jagan was the only leader in the state respected the sentiments and feelings of all region people.
And he added that Jagan was fighting for justice for all regions in the event of bifurcation of state. Looks like YSRCP has quickly moved to cash in on the United AP sentiment. The analysts say this is just the beginning of the downfall for Seemandhra congress and Jagan’s role will be very crucial.
