AP CM Kiran Kumar Reddy made some strong remarks regarding his rift with Congress leadership over Telangana issue in AP Assembly recently. It is more like Kiran has waged a rebellion against the Congress high command in recent times.
It is known that AP Assembly has virtually turned into a war zone with rival camps attacking each other over Telangana issue. Sources say that Kiran calmly reacted to a statement by CPI leader from Telangana Gunda Mallesh.
But this had a strong meaning. Mallesh reportedly remarked that CM Kiran has deviated from his promise of supporting Congress leadership over Telangana issue and he is acting against Congress leadership.
Kiran retorted saying that yes he agrees with the contention of the CPI leader and admitted he is acting against Congress high command decision, but he indirectly asked the MLA to mind his business saying this is between him and leadership and he should not be bothered about it!
