The hottest issue currently making rounds is the decision that senior TDP leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu will take regarding leaving the party and joining Congress or not. It is heard that the TDP top management has begun putting all its efforts to pacify Motkupalli and retain him.
While they are confident that he would be convinced with their efforts, there is also another talk going on that Motkupalli is evaluating his options and the inclination to go towards Congress is more as he feels the prospects are bright and strong for him there.
All it took was the rejection of Chandrababu Naidu to provide Rajya Sabha nomination to Motkupalli. With TDP having a huge challenge in Telangana region in the form of TRS, Motkupalli proved to be the right weapon to deal with them. But if he leaves then it will be chaos.
