Till yesterday, TDP Mahila Wing President Shobha Hymavathi is trying for TDP Ticket for daughter Swathi Rani for Araku MP. Municipal and ZPTC elections will be held before the general elections. TDP high command has changed the calculations now. TDP has planned to bring Swathi Rani Candidature for Vizianagarm ZP Chairman. This time Vizianagaram ZP falls under ST(Women) category. This also helps the party to send her to ZP.
Swathi Rani is well-known for the people as a daughter of Shobha Hymavathi. She is educated, ST related women and well-known Dentist. TDP feels enough eligibility to announce Swathi Rani for ZP Chairman for Vizianagaram. Swathi Rani is strongly hopes on Araku MP Segment. TDP plan to shift Swathi Rani to ZP and tries to eliminate dissatisfaction among the leaders.
Senior TDP Leader from the district P. Ashok Gajapathy Raju also agreed on her candidature for ZP Chairman. He assigned responsibility to Kolla Lalith Kumari on Swathi Rani’s victory as ZPTC member. TDP leaders have confident to win this ZP. TDP took the chance of Congress wiped out on one side and YSRCP has no village level structure to win.
