Secunderabad MP Anjan Kumar Yadav, on Monday says his son Aravind was not guilty of any misdemeanor . He had created public nuisance by setting a bonfire on a busy road and beat up a police constable for objecting to it. The Hussainialam police booked a criminal case against Arvind Kumar Yadav for allegedly attacking a constable on Sunday night but said he was also not favour of such conduct in public . Aravind along with others were indulging in Holi celebrations, by lighting a bonfire on the road near Golla Khidki and constable G Vamshi, was beaten up by Arvind for objecting . The incident happened right in front of the MP’s house. On a complaint BY constable with with Hussainialam police booked Arvind under sections 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter a public servant from discharging his duty) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC. According to police, Aravind is absconding and a manhunt has been launched to find him.
