In one of the most bizarre and unrealistic manner, the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh was announced and Telangana was granted by the Congress party. According to their commitment, June 2nd was the date when Telangana would be formed officially.
But here is the latest update. It is heard that the bifurcation process is not that easy so even after elections and the new government is formed, Andhra Pradesh will be remaining united for some more time. This was revealed by Jairam Ramesh.
In the last few months of the bifurcation issue, Jairam Ramesh played a key role and he has reportedly announced that there is a lot of work to be done to complete the bifurcation process. As a result, the deadline of June 2nd has been ruled out.
Inside reports reveal the real pain and complications of bifurcation have now started and it is heard that there are several issues which practically have no solution. The very purpose of granting Telangana has not served the objective of Congress but it has to be seen how the whole thing will be resolved.
