Actor Pawan Kalyan will go on one day’s campaign in Karnataka to attract the voters to BJP. As Karnataka is going for polls in a single phase on April 17, the actor will leave for the neighbouring state on a special aircraft from Begumpet. The campaign will end at 5 pm. Pawan Kalyan will address public meetings in Raichur and Kolar reserved Lok Sabha segments in the morning while another public meeting will be held in Gulbarga.  The Jana Sena founder, who had been silent after the Visakhapatnam meeting, decided to take up campaigning for the BJP in Karnataka following his brother and Union minister K. Chiranjeevi who started campaigning for Veerappa Moily. State BJP president G. Kishan Reddy accompanied the representatives of Mr Modi. The PRO said that welfare of people of the two states and sensitive issues relating to religion and region came for discussion. After talking for one and a half hours and securing an assurance that the BJP would work beyond religion and region, the Jana Sena party decided that the actor would campaign for the party.
