With a constitutional crisis over President's Rule in AP, the Union home ministry has reportedly sought from AP Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan a fresh report regarding formation of a government in the state which in case fails then the AP Assembly will be dissolved. Sources say that ministry of home affairs will be approaching the Union Cabinet for dissolution of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly as well as reimposition of President's Rule once the Governor's report is seen. The report is being sought urgently as President's Rule in the state will be lapsing on April 30 for lack of approval from Parliament. As per the Constitution, Parliament should approve proclamation of President's Rule within two months. President Pranab had issued the current implemented order on March 1, so it has to be ratified by April 30. Sources say that now state Assembly has to be dissolved and President's rule re-imposed which will be giving the Central government a breather for two months and by then the new Lok Sabha will be ready to ratify President's Rule.
