Brahamanandam's recent avatar as Kill Bill Pandey in Allu Arjun, Shruti Haasan starrer Race Gurram is the latest viral sensation on the internet. Not a day goes by without someone or the other from film industry raving about Kill Bill Pandey and how good Brahmanandam was in that role. In fact, the role has even spawned spin-offs and mash up videos of Brahamanandam. The latest mash up, which has landed on the internet, depicts that Brahamanandam getting slapped in almost every film by the hero, is the real reason why Kill Bill Pandey got so frustrated in the first place.
On a serious note, Brahmanandam is quite pleased with the response which his role has got. "I have done 987 films so far and this is one of the most memorable roles I have done. I must thank Surender Reddy for that. When Surender Reddy told me that I should play a serious role, I was quite confused; however, a lot of people told me that the audience has loved my part in the film. I thank the entire team of Race Gurram for their support," Brahmanandam said, talking at the success meet of the film.
Directed by Surender Reddy, the film was produced by Nallamalapu Bujji and Dr Venkateswara Rao. Thaman had scored the music and Manoj Paramahamsa is the lensman. The film is poised to be the biggest hit in Allu Arjun's career.
