YSR Congress Party leader and Allagadda candidate, Sobha Nagi Reddy met with a fatal accident a short while ago. The accident occurred when she was returning back to her house after finishing her election campaign.
Initial reports say the vehicle in which Shobha was travelling got overturned. She sustained severe injuries and her condition is said to be very serious. The accident took place in Doobaguntamitta near Allagadda.
Sobha Nagi Reddy quit Telugu Desam party after Chiranjeevi floated Praja Rajyam. After playing a crucial role in the party, she and her husband Bhuma Nagi Reddy shifted their loyalty to YS Jagan's YSR Congress Party.
She is currently also the official spokesperson of YSR Congress. She is in fray for Allagadda Assembly while her husband is contesting for Nandyala Assembly
