The Samsung has been hiking its rate day by day and there is even an increase in the purchase of mobiles.The Samsung has been stubborn that they are not selling Galaxy S5 for less than Rs 50,000, Samsung has denied that there is any official cut in the price of the device. The official market price of Galaxy S5 remains Rs 51,500, the Korean company said in a statement. "The market price of the Galaxy S5 has not been slashed by the company. Our flagship smartphone, which was launched in March 2014, continues to be priced at Rs 51,500," said Samsung. "The reports claiming Samsung Electronics has revised prices of Galaxy S5 are false and baseless." However, Samsung did not offer any clarification on what it would do in case retailers did not reduce the official price and sold the device at a discount. A search on various e-commerce websites reveal that the Galaxy S5 is available for as low as Rs 46,499. Retailers are selling the device for around Rs 49,000. Samsung also clarified that "Galaxy Gear 2 is priced at Rs 21,900 and both Galaxy Gear 2 Neo and Galaxy Gear Fit are priced at Rs 15,900 each".
