The faction ridden Rayalaseema region was filled with blood for quite some time but after the deaths of Paritala Ravi and Maddelacheruvu Suri things have become quiet. Many in the Seema region don’t want to get into any faction feud. But it is heard that pressure is falling on one young man.
His name is Paritala Sriram and he is the son of Paritala Ravi. It is heard that many of Ravi’s followers and the TDP party members are putting pressure on Sriram to take the mantle of leadership and strengthen the presence of TDP in that region. Currently, Ravi’s wife Sunitha is the MLA.
Though she is well experienced in politics and how to deal with faction related issues, it is heard that the time is coming for some young leaders to take over and lead the party and its people. If everything goes well then Sriram might be contesting for 2014 elections or he would at least play a key role for canvassing.
