CBN has lost good leaders like Payyavula (Anantpur), Somireddy (Nellore) and Gaali (Chittoor) in the Assembly to counter YSRCP. All these three people have their strength of arguments in all issues. This gap is clearly visible in first Assembly sessions. CBN has sure to give berths to all these leaders if they won in 2014 elections. Unfortunately, trio leaders lost their elections.
Payyavula Kesav has image of TDP Firebrand leader among the party workers and also in CBN mind. Facing Payyavula is very difficult for opposition leaders in Assembly. CBN was promised to Kesav amid of the Uravakonda people on Cabinet berth. But Luck doesn’t favor Payyavula this time. Payyavula lost the election to YSRCP with very few margin of votes. This has huge and great shock to TDP cadre in the district and also personally to Payyavula.
There is pressure on CBN to nominate Payyavula as MLC. As per buzz, CBN also interested to bring Kesav into Assembly indirectly. But one rumor causes tension to Kesav. There is buzz, that Ananthapur MLC through local bodies was gone to Telangana as per the Telangana bill. This buzz creates worry to Payyavula. Kesav made an enquiry from State Election Commissioner to CEC in Delhi and confirmed that MLC through local bodies remains with Ananthapuram only. He feels great sigh of relief after taking the confirmation from EC.
