Telangana Government aims to take back given lands on two issues. If anyone misuses the given land for other purposes and keep the assign land empty without any usage have two reasons for Telangana Government to take back. Reportedly, Government has paid its attention on Padmalaya and Annapurna Studious. There are many legal issues that mixed around the lands of these studios.
Nagarjuna leased part of Annapurna Studious to Reliance Company. As per the officials this is nothing but violation of Government Orders. Government thought to target Annapurna in this direction. YSR Government it’self filed petition in High Court in favor of Padmalaya Studious. Now it wants to withdraw its petition. Padmalaya gave 5 acres land lease to “ZEE Telefilms” out of the assigned 9 acres to Padmalaya.
Telangana Government also targets to take back the assigned land from famous cine personalities like KS Prakash (father of Raghavendra Rao) and music director Chakravarthy. Government was assigned lands to them. KS Prakash has 2200 Sq.yards land in Banjara Hills Road No.2 and 2000 Sq.yards land in Banjara Hills in Road No. 14. Telangana government is in thought of using the land for other purposes. Film industry definitely feels uncomfortable with Government actions.
