Prof Kodanda Ram and his Telangana JAC was like hand in glove for Telangana Rashta Samiti and K Chandra Sekhar Rao through out the Telangana agitation. T-JAC though says has no affiliation with any political party, is also helping the TRS government in all possible ways. However OU Students who also played crucial role in Telangana agitation is not happy with Telangana's government. As a part of KCR's poll promises, Telangana government had decided to regularize all the contract employees in the state and make them permanent employees. However students feel that this move of the government will deprive them of their employment opportunities. Few employees have staged a dharna before Kodandaram's house demanding him to agitate against the government over this issue. Kodandaram asked them to give him some time to discuss the issue in T-JAC meeting. He assured the students that they will not met with injustice. If, the T-JAC agrees with student’s arguments, then it has to fight against the T-Government. Obviously, this will widen the gap between the government and T-JAC. If, T-JAC is convinced with government’s decision, then students may fume upon it for not supporting them. Either way, T-JAC seems to be struck with this unexpected trouble. T-Government may not afford to revoke its decision because it is one of its elections’ promises so rift between T-JAC and Telangana government is inevitable.
