Any responsible opposition’s role is to mingle with people and understand their problems and fight on their behalf. But it looks like Jagan is still eager only for power. It has been only one and half month since Chandrababu took over as the chief minister and given the fact that AP was given a raw deal during bifurcation, the state atleast needs six months for any clarity. At the same time CBN’s promises is yet to reach common man, especially in terms of farm loan waiver which is still not progressing well towards implementation. Jagan has every right to highlight this issue and make sure people’ problems are highlighted but his statement that in case elections are held now, his party would secure 167-170 seats out of 175 only looks like an immature talk. Infact this is an excellent chance for him to emerge out of hi s father's shadow and emerge as a mass leader.
