There are some reports that the leaders of TRS party are reportedly nudging the workers of L&T Hyderabad Metro to halt the works. This is reportedly happening especially on the stretch from Assembly to Chader Ghat where many pillars were already erected.
Sources say that the reputed engineering company has taken this issue which is anyway already in Delhi. The finance ministry has immediately asked TS to send its representative and CS Rajiv Sharma is reportedly leaving for Delhi any time.
There are also reports that L&T has said a firm no to any realignment while KCR is also sticking to his guns. The issue falls under Venkaiah Naidu’s ministry but he is refusing to intervene as this may give rise to more friction.
And it could also lead to allegations of bias against him and hence since Centre also contributed more than Rs. 1700 crores and as a vital stakeholder it is mediating between TS and L&T. Inside talk is that KCR and the TRS party is doing it just to create some pressure for other gains.
