The meeting of Pawan Kalyan with BJP National President Amith Shah last week raised many eyebrows among the political circles. Though Pawan called it as a courtesy call and formal meeting with BJP President there was an interesting story behind their meeting. Amit Shah was met Pawan at the behest of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Reportedly, Amit Shah asked Pawan to merge Jana Sena into BJP. Knowing his enormous popularity of Pawan Kalyan that turned as votes to both TDP and BJP alliance, Narendra Modi wants to offer better position to Pawan Kalyan. Narendra Modi feels that Pawan can lead the campaign for BJP in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
If the buzz is really true, Pawan Kalyan follows his brother Mega Star Chiranjeevi not only in films but in politics too. Chiranjeevi led PRP merged into Congress after facing one general election in 2009. Without facing even any general elections, Pawan’s Jana Sena merged into BJP. He raised the party not for power but for question the government. We have to see whether Pawan tempted with BJP offer or not.
