It seems like that. After the division of the state, AP starts its journey with financial deficit. Andhra Pradesh depends mostly on Union Government for all financial aids. Everyone knows that Telangana could face severe crisis on Power after the division of the state. For AP state, there are no such hardships in Power when compared to Telangana. CBN was concentrated on Power Sector without taking the charge as Chief Minister. He is doing regular monitoring with Transco officials on Power Sector. He got assurance from BJP Government to include AP in its 24x7 Power Supply Project. Yesterday, Krishnapatnam Power Project produced 810 MW Power instead of expected 800 MW in its first phase. Overwhelmed TRANSCO CMD Vijayanad made a phone call to CBN who visited to Rajahmundry. CBN praises the officials “Well Done and Good Job.” He praised the officials worked hard to overcome the Power Deficit in the state. AP has currently facing 5.17 million units of Power Deficit. AP JENCO’s Krishnapatnam Power Project would produce another 800 MW in its IInd Phase. Definitely! Improvement in Power Sector is the first achievement of CBN during last 3 months.
