There has been a lot of talk about how Chandrababu Naidu and Venkaiah Naidu were instrumental in striking BJP-TDP deal in Andhra Pradesh before elections. Every time Chandrababu visits Delhi, he ensured that meets Venkaiah.
This is to discuss all problems pertaining to the state and seek his co-operation for Andhra Pradesh after bifurcation. Now sources say that there have been some issues between them, particularly about how the centre is not co-operating with AP over special status and other thorny issues.
At the same time, there are reports that Venkaiah has been trying to convey Chandrababu that even Modi is not heeding much of his words and requested and while he expected Babu to understand and be patient, Chandrababu was reportedly upset.
And hence he only met Jaitley apart from Modi last time while recently even Venkaiah avoided meeting Babu when he visited Hyderabad. This is not a good sign considering the relation both have been sharing from many decades. Let us hope this is not true.
