The clock has started ticking for the AIADMK boss and the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. The much-awaited verdict over the disproportionate income case which has dragged along for 17 years is all set to come to an end today. The Supreme Court of India is getting ready to deliver its verdict in this high profile case and if convicted, apart from losing her MLA chair, Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa may have to quit her CM post also. Many say the verdict is going to be against her. But this has created tension in the YSRCP camp. Although Jagan is not a CM right now, his political future and that of his party now depends on how the verdict would be coming, because Indian PM Narendra Modi has already promised to fast track cases against public representatives. So not just in Tamil Nadu where AIADMK workers are organizing mass prayers, but even the followers of Jagan are now waiting with bated breath and praying whether this case would have similar implications for their leader too!
