There has been an interesting report on media today that at least 30 MLA’s of YSRCP are contemplating to shift towards TDP given the uncertainty of Jagan’s future. The situation of the party has not been that good post the 2014 elections result.
Now, with the verdict on Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa case coming to the fore, they are reportedly worried about their political future and also about the party, whether it can sustain any harsh legal outcomes.
Sources say that they are in consultation with legal experts to find out when would Jagan’s cases come to judgement stage and what are the chances of his sentencing to jail and how many cases can stand strong against him and how many are weak.
After consulting legal experts and lawyers, most of them are contemplating safe pastures for their political future and have reportedly opened a new channel for talks with TDP to take a plunge as a large group to avoid any by elections due to anti defection law.
